Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contracted, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide maternity leave coverage across multiple elementary schools in the Anoka area. This role offers a structured 3:1 service delivery model, providing three weeks of direct therapy services followed by one week of indirect services. The caseload consists primarily of therapy-only cases, with no evaluations required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students, including those in Setting III CDC classrooms
- Deliver services in a 3:1 schedule, balancing direct and indirect therapy weeks
- Manage caseloads across multiple school locations, including Brooklyn Center and Blaine
- Collaborate with educational teams to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for all therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Eligibility for or current Minnesota SLP license required
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
- Ability to provide services onsite and travel between school locations as needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
